Board plan note:
the Moravian College meal plan for
students living within the regular
residence halls of the College is
a seven-day, 19-meal program. It
is required of all hall residents.
Non-dormitory students may, if they
wish, select from a number of partial
meal plans. Information about meal
plan options is available from the
Office of Student Services.
All entering students are required to pay a non-refundable
deposit of $400.00 which will be applied to their tuition. In subsequent
years, returning residential students are required to pay a deposit
of $100.00 which is not refundable after May 1, but which will be applied
to the room charge.
Health and accident insurance is required for all Moravian
students. A College-sponsored insurance policy is available for those
who are not already covered by their own families’ policies. Information
about the College-sponsored insurance is provided to students during
the summer.
There are a number of other fees and charges which may
be attendant upon a student’s matriculation at Moravian College,
especially for such items or activities as orientation, laboratory materials,
private music instruction, transcripts, late registration, late payments,
overload or part-time tuition, course audits, and graduation. A full
list of all such charges is available from the Bursar’s Office.
The specific charges listed above are good faith projections
for the academic year 2009-2010. They are, however, subject to change
from one academic term to the next as deemed necessary by the College
in order to meet its financial obligations and to fulfill its role
and
mission.
All charges and fees are due three weeks prior to the
beginning of classes each term.
