The Moravian Fund is Moravian College’s yearly support.
Tuition and fees cover only 85% of what it costs to operate the college
each year. Moravian Fund gifts from our alumni, parents, and friends help
to bridge the gap between revenues and expenses. The dollars that you
give this year will go directly into the College’s budget for
next year.
Unrestricted gifts to the Moravian Fund are used by the
College for areas that are in most need of financial support. Restricted
gifts can be designated for a specific purpose. While both types of
gifts are vital for the existence of the College, unrestricted giving
is Moravian’s lifeline.
Every gift to Moravian is important. Larger gifts add
up quickly. Smaller gifts help us to raise our alumni and parent participation
rates. Higher participation rates will help qualify Moravian for additional
grants and funding.
