The Strong Tradition of Greyhound Athletics

Moravian College has a long standing tradition of athletic and academic excellence. The likes of Rocco Calvo, Gil Gillespie, Gus Garcsar, and Paul Kuklentz helped pave the way for future Greyhounds with their dedication and support for their players.

Around the conference people are talking about Greyhound Athletics ... and when these people talk, they highlight superior coaching, over-achieving athletics, and excellent academic results. Not to mentioned in these discussions are Moravian's athletics facilities at Steel Field. While schools such as Susquehanna, Lebanon Valley and Muhlenberg have consistently updated their facilities, we've allowed time to pass without updating our Steel Field athletics complex.

In our efforts to honor our our past players and coaches we have put in place a construction plan to upgrade our Steel Field facility with a new synthetic playing field, an 8-lane track and the renovation of our existing bleachers. For this, we are asking 100% support to make our vision become a reality.
