For nearly four decades Rocco Calvo served as coach, educator, and administrator at
Moravian College. The teams he led and the coaches he mentored all worked to form the
concept of the Moravian student-athlete. Without individuals like Coach Calvo and the
others who followed him, Moravian College teams would never have achieved the successes
they experienced on the conference and national levels year in and year out. We are updating
the Steel Field complex in honor of these great individuals. We would like to thank Rocco
and all the Greyhounds whose heritage we honor for the inspiration they gave us.
