Adoption Leave

Moravian University provides three weeks' paid leave to eligible exempt and non-exempt employees to care for a newborn, newly placed adopted child, or newly placed foster child. During the initial three weeks of such leave, and provided the birth or legal placement of the child has already occurred, the staff member will continue to receive his or her regular base compensation without the requirement to use paid time off.=
