JOB POSTING: Assistant Director of Admission
The Assistant Director of Admission assists the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment with the overall planning and coordination of the student recruitment effort primarily in the state of New Jersey and other areas deemed appropriate by the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment. The position oversees the strategy and execution of enrollment marketing to meet enrollment goals as well as measure effectiveness of outward efforts in their designated territory.
This position is full-time, 12 months, and eligible for full benefits.
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
QUALIFICATIONS: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and a minimum of two years of experience in admissions work or in some combination of responsibilities in higher education administration. Higher education/recruitment experience in the state of New Jersey is preferred. Must have enthusiasm for representing Moravian College to prospective students, their parents, and secondary school counselors; the ability to counsel students on the choice of a college, and be willing to undertake extensive travel involving evening and occasional weekend commitments.
