Dear Teachers and Mentors of Undergraduate Student Research in the Medieval and Early Modern Eras:

After fifteen conferences, we have decided that we can no longer support the Undergraduate Conference in Medieval and Early Modern Studies at Moravan University. It has been an exciting and rewarding run, and we have enjoyed it greatly. We are deeply grateful for the extraordinary level of faculty support throughout the years, without which the gathering would have never been sustainable.

With much appreciation,

John Black and Sandy Bardsley

Thanks also to the many others, including the President's Office, Reeves Library, the HUB, Food Services, the Public Relations Office, Media Services, and University's staff and volunteers, whose contributions are essential to the success of the undertaking.

Moravian University encourages persons with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. If you anticipate needing any type of accommodation or have questions about the physical access provided, please contact the event sponsors/organizers, or call 610-861-1390 at least one week prior to the event.

We acknowledge that Moravian University stands in Lenapehoking, the Lenape People's ancestral territory. Dispossessed by William Penn’s heirs, the majority of the Lenape eventually relocated to communities in Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Ontario where they reside today as federally recognized sovereign Nations.
