A Perfect Fit

Fitness is on everyone’s list of New Year’s resolutions. And there it (mostly)sits: on the list. Here’s a chance to do something about it.

Michelle Halwick, described as one of the top aerobics instructors in the Lehigh Valley, will be teaching two sections of PE 151: Aerobic Conditioning (5:45-6:30 p.m. Mondays/Wednesdays or 5:00-5:45 p.m. Tuesdays/Thursdays) in the ARC Aerobics/Dance Studio.

The classes include high/low aerobic workouts, steps, weights, toning, and kick-boxing. Tuition is $30 for the spring session (January 14-March 1). You may attend an introductory class next week and register at that time.

Also, an eight-week Weight Watchers program will be offered at noon Thursdays in the Doghouse. If there’s enough interest, a second session will be added at 4:30 p.m. The cost is $72, but those completing the program will receive a $10 reward from Human Resources.
