No. 21 Stephanie Seaman ’06 (left) was named most valuable
player of the Moravian Winter Classic Tournament last week. She scored 18 points
(game high) in the contest against Franklin
& Marshall and executed seven rebounds, five steals and two blocked shots. She also added to her
overall career points, topping 1,000.
The Lady Greyhounds beat Albany College of Pharmacy 93-44 and Franklin & Marshall
College 70-41 in the tourney. This is Moravian’s third tournament victory
in five years.
A record of successful field goals for Kelly Applegate ’07
earned her a first place from the NCAA two weeks running. She and Jenny Hackleman ’07
were named to the alltournament team.
