• The Moravian College Choir makes its Big Apple debut February 12 at Merkin Concert Hall, Kaufman Center, 129 W. 67th St. Paula Ring Zerkle will conduct.

Its program of sacred choral music includes selections from Franz Joseph Haydn’s The Creation, which it will perform complete at the College in April. A dessert reception follows.

• Neil Wetzel, assistant professor of music and director of jazz studies, will perform for Chicago-area alumni on February 16 at Indian Hill Country Club. Keith LaBar ’06 will accompany.
