Sam I Am and Vox Dei

Vox Dei Metropolitan Opera bass Samuel Ramey, he of the velvet voice and powerful presence, will sing at Foy Hall at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday as this year’s featured performer on the Great Artists series. Tickets are $50, from Ext. 1650.

His program includes the Michelangelo Lieder of Hugo Wolf, the little cycle Don Quichotte à Dulcinée by Ravel, and songs by American composers Paul Bowles and Charles Ives.
