Women's Work

It’s never done, is it? It’s also the subject of a one-day conference, “Women and Their Work,” on Wednesday, March 31, featuring former White House press secretary Dee Dee Myers, the satirical troupe Guerrilla Girls on Tour, and workshops on careers, mentors, networking, and other techniques for women at the start of their busy lives.

Organized by Stacey Zaremba, associate professor of psychology and director of women’s studies, and Santo Marabella, acting director of the M.B.A. program, the conference will take place in the HUB. The bulk takes place from 1:00 to 9:00 p.m. Guerrilla Girls on Tour play at 1:00 p.m., and Myers is the after-dinner speaker at 7:30 p.m.

For LVAIC students, registration is $5; for faculty/staff, $25; alumnae, $50; for dinner events only, $25; for Myers only, $10. 610 807-4444.
