Alumni Weekend

At the 2003 Alumni Weekend (May 30-31), there are many opportunities for food and fellowship, including a block party cookout on the plaza of the Hurd Academic Complex.

And of course there are tours: of both campuses, of the Main Street campus, of Historic Bethlehem, of all the high-tech bells and whistles of the Hurd Academic Complex. The last, “How the on-line world has changed the life of a Moravian student,” will be led by Ron Helmuth of CIT and features hands-on use of classroom multimedia systems and “some really neat toys.”

If you can’t make it to campus, though, consider a virtual tour: easy on the feet and just as colorful as the real thing. The tour is by delayed video, which will follow the actual events of Alumni Weekend by just a couple of hours, and is available on line at

Campus mainstay Bill Bauman ’74 will receive the Alumni Association’s Medallion of Merit for his services to the College’s theater, music, and nursing departments.
