Many of our colleagues have graduates in the family this spring. Those who commenced from Moravian include:

Julie Elizabeth Anderson, daughter of Andy Anderson, associate director of plant services. B.A. summa cum laude in English and German with Honors in English. She has received a Fulbright Teaching Fellowship that will take her to Germany.

Btw, we erred last issue in saying that Julie would be continuing her research on the poet Sylvia Plath while in Germany. “After a whole year of working with Plath, I think I need a break!” she says. She plans to explore women’s diaries.

Bonnie Sue Banks-Beers, wife of Jim Beers, CIT. B.A. in music.

Laura Elizabeth Gordy, daughter of Steve Gordy, professor of religion. B.A. in psychology and elementary education.

Angelina Louise Gower, daughter of Regina Gower, management assistant, facilities. B.A. in psychology. Regina’s message read as follows: “Yessssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our son [Ricky Gower] graduated in 2002 from Moravian, so I think we’re done!”

• A double-barreled graduation for John Guldin ’74, an adjunct instructor who teaches “Law, Ethics, and Social Responsibility” in the Moravian M.B.A. program. His wife, Libuse Hromanova Guldin, received a B.A. in art and graphic design; their daughter, Elizabeth Joyce Guldin, B.A. in psychology and elementary education.

Lauren Ann Sienicki, daughter of Karen Sienicki, budget manager, facilities. B.A. in economics.

Patrick Donald-Lewis St. John, son of Donald St. John, professor of religion. B.A. magna cum laude in political science. Patrick has been accepted to law school at Catholic University.

• Another double commencement: Janet Wallace, admissions, saw twin daughters graduate May 14: Christina Marie Wallace, Moravian College, B.A. cum laude in sociology and management; and Diane E. Wallace, St. Joseph’s University, B.A. in marketing.

Daniel Zachary Wright, son of Gary Wright, assistant professor of management. B.A. in political science. Gary’s daughter, Cynthia, graduated from Moravian in 2003.
