the Way
Starting
next week, 14 Moravian students will travel to the University
of Illinois for leadership workshops and training in a
program called LeaderShape.
Their curriculum of physical
and mental challenges is akin to corporate team-building
workshops for management and employees.
The LeaderShape students are the first
part of the College’s leadership
initiative. April Vari, dean of student development, and Michelle Schmidt,
assistant professor of psychology, are the co-coordinators.
