The photo of sister-city officials dedicating
Bethlehem Street in Tondabayashi, Japan, in the July InCommon,
came courtesy of Jane Schaffer. But it was shot by Craig
Constantine, significant other of Tracy
Bowers, visiting
assistant professor of mathematics last year. Btw, Tracy
will be a visiting professor for the next two years at Muhlenberg
College.
Also in the July issue, we had described Eva
Marikova Leeds, associate professor of economics and business,
as host of the fourth annual National Science Foundation-sponsored
workshop on classroom experiments in economics in May at
the College of William and Mary. Eva was a participant,
but the host was Lisa Anderson of William and Mary. |
