À la
recherché
At the eighth annual faculty-staff colloquium to begin the new academic
year, Priscilla Payne Hurd, chair of the Board of Trustees, announced her largest
gift yet to Moravian College: a $1.5 million endowed fund for student-faculty research,
named in honor of outgoing President Rokke.
By the time the Q&A period arrived, Dennis Domchek,
vice president for administration, had worked out that the fund would yield $67,500
annually.
Student-faculty collaborative research has been one of President
Rokke’s
pet projects during his tenure. |
