The Leadership Center has chosen four projects as first recipients
of its community grants.
Doxadzo, a Christian worship team disguised as a band, will work with area
and regional churches, where it leads services and offers youth worship activities.
On Wednesday nights, it often can be found at Catacombs over in the Seminary. Student
members are Kyle Borowski 06, Elyse Jurgen 07, Emily Meixell 06, Rachel Bruckart 07,
Ryan Shelley 07, and Amanda Moulton 07. Faculty sponsor (and band member/manager):

The mens and womens track and field teams
will host a community track and field day with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Bethlehem.

Science students Casey Hoffman 06, Patrick McMullen 06,
Kathryn Washer 06, Neil Dobracki 05, Michael Elkazzaz 06, and Peter Coldwell 06
will coordinate science outreach programs with the Bethlehem Area School District.

Music students
Nick Krolak 07, Jackie Olimpo 08, and others will offer concert previews to residents
of Moravian Village, an assisted-living facility in Bethlehem. Faculty sponsor: Hilde
