Anna Quindlen comes to Moravian as a neighbor

Anna Quindlen, Cohen Arts and Lectures speaker, greeted the audience November 19 in Johnston Hall with: “I’m here tonight as a neighbor.”

She and her husband have a home in the Poconos, “half an hour north if there’s no construction on Route 33.” She said she disconcerted her limo driver on the way to Moravian by sitting bolt upright at the Center Street exit and shouting: “Hey, they have a Wegman’s!”
