Moravian Partners with IntegraONE
to Provide Full Service Support to Personally-Owned Computers

To better support personally-owned computer needs, Moravian has partnered with IntegraONE from Allentown to provide on-campus employee and student computer support.

IntegraONE's on-campus computer support goes beyond the troubleshooting that CIT currently provides students. Previously, CIT would help diagnose a problem and provide recommended solutions, but could not provide direct hardware and software support. But the new, expanded support will now cover software, hardware, and malware on any manufacture of computer.

IntegraONE is an authorized repair and warranty center for HP, Lenovo, IBM, and Apple so their service might be free of charge, depending on the issue and computer warranty. If the problem is not covered by warranty or service agreement, the service is offered at the reduced rate of $75/hour.

Consulting with members of the USG, Student Affairs, and Business Office, CIT worked to find a solution to increase the services currently provided to personally-owned computers. Troubleshooting alone does not always provide the necessary support; students sometimes require help to reinstall software, repair hardware, or remove viruses/spyware/malware.

IntegraONE's on-campus, discounted, authorized services for personally-owned computers are available to students and all College and Seminary employees. For additional information and help, contact IntegraONE via the new Personal Computer Support form on the Computer Support page of CIT. IntegraONE will contact you and arrange to meet in the computer lab IT office located in the basement of Reeves Library.

Moravian welcomes IntegraONE to our campus as a way to enhance community computer support services.
