Dinner Dance at the Hotel Bethlehem
On February 19, the Hotel Bethlehem will host a dinner dance in their Grand Ballroom, featuring jazz music by members of the Moravian community. The cost of $25 per person (plus tax & gratuity) includes a three-course dinner (chef's Hotel Bethlehem salad; duet of pecan chicken and glazed salmon; accompaniments; dessert and coffee); cash bar.
The event is open to the public but the hotel will seat Moravian alumni and members of the College community together. For reservations, call Hotel Bethlehem directly at 610 625-5000; be sure to tell them you are with Moravian. Come support Moravian musicians and enjoy a special evening.

Spotlight
Three Moravian alumni recently were elected Presidents of the Bar Association in their respective counties: Jamie Swartz '86 (Lehigh County, PA), Kerry Freidl '85 (Northampton County, PA), and Brian Fruehling '84 (Morris County, NJ). Swartz and Freidl both attended the University of Bridgeport School of Law (now known as Quinnipiac University School of Law). Swartz is a partner to Donald Spry '69 at the firm King, Spry, Herman, Freund, and Faul; Jim Ravelle, Moravian professor of sociology, law, and public management, is "of counsel" to the firm. Freidl practices family law primarily at Hemstreet, Nitchke, & Freidl in Easton, Pa. Fruehling, a 1987 graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, is a litigation attorney based in Madison, NJ.
