Nominations for Alumni Awards Requested

The Moravian College Alumni Association Board of Directors invites you to recognize and celebrate Moravian’s finest by nominating an alumna or alumnus for an Alumni Association Award.

The award categories are the Comenius Alumni Award, the Medallion of Merit, the Benigna Education Award, the Haupert Humanitarian Award, the Young Alumni Achievement Award, and the Emerging Leader Award. Click here for a brief description of each award. If you submit a nomination, you will be asked to supply additional information to support the consideration of your nominee for the award. (The Alumni Office will send you a form to assist you in this process.) Your input is invaluable to the recognition committee.

Events include Lifelong Learning seminars presented by alumni, faculty, and a student, as well as musical performances by alumni and faculty. Come to one event or to all of them. Class of 2011:  Your Health Insurance May End Sooner Than You Think!

The Alumni Association offers health insurance to fill the needs of students who will be without coverage after graduation. Parental policies often end as early as the day before graduation, or may not be suitable after graduation. For those students on the school’s health insurance plan, coverage ends August 14, 2011. Most products are available to family members as well —even if they didn’t attend Moravian College.
