Alumni Connection

The power of connections

Last spring, nearly 100 alumni and students attended a networking reception at Tiffany and Co. in New York City. The event was so successful, three more such events have been scheduled this fall in three different cities to bring past and current students together.

Philadelphia, The Union League, Thursday, September 27
Bethlehem, on campus, HUB, Wednesday, October 3
New York City, The Union League Club, Tuesday, October 23

One of the best ways for alumni to support Moravian is by helping students learn about job opportunities, internships and shadowing experiences in their fields. Providing such opportunities is not a requirement of alumni attendees, but is helpful to students. Discussions around career interests and aspirations between create a rewarding experience for all involved.

For more information and to register, click on the links above. If you have any questions, call Pat Murray Hanna ’82, assistant director of alumni relations at 610-625-7874.

Expert advice is available to alumni and family members through our Alumni Insurance Program.  It’s educational, confidential and free.  You can:

  • talk to a representative to determine whether a short-term or permanent medical plan is appropriate for you.
  • consult with a long-term care insurance advisor who can guide you to the right coverage for you or a family member.
  • contact the advisory services team for a personalized life insurance consultation, ideal for those with special situations.
  • ask a team of veterinarians questions about your dog or cat.
