Moravian's Lehigh Valley Alumni Begin a New Home Club

Thirty-five area alumni met in August to begin the Lehigh Valley Home Club and to elect officers: president, Joe Guman ’58; vice president, Ken Rampolla ’79; treasurer, Karen Yeakel ’82; secretary, Sarita Garg ’01. The Club’s inaugural event will take place at the Moravian Book Shop in downtown Bethlehem from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on November 19. The evening will feature the Moravian College Choir, wine tasting, and a private sale. Door prizes will include a Fred Bees print, donated by Mary Bees ’49, and ceramic pieces donated by Renzo Faggioli, Moravian’s ceramicist-in-residence, and Emily Rizzo ’79. The club will sponsor another holiday event December 7th: a “Decorate a Gingerbread House” party, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the Haupert Union Building.
