The Moravian College Music Department will hold the first
performance of its 1998-99 Alumni Concert Series featuring the group,
"Keith, John and Sue." The concert will be held on Tuesday,
November 10, at 8:00 p.m. in Peter Hall at Moravian’s Church Street
campus at Main and Church streets in Bethlehem, PA.
The music group "Keith, John & Sue" is comprised
of husband and wife, John and Sue Christie, and Keith Quelet. The music
group's style is Contemporary Christian (Gospel) and Folk/Rock Music.
They are noted for their tight vocal harmonies and acoustic guitar playing.
Sue is an excellent soprano with a soothing vocal quality. John is an
exceptionally talented guitarist, proficient at many different string
instruments. Keith has written many of the original songs, which the
group regularly performs in concert. Keith is a graduate of Moravian
College, class of 1995. "Keith, John & Sue" have performed
at Bethlehem's Musikfest. They have made television and radio appearances,
and released an album of 10 original songs. One of the songs from the
album was commissioned and composed for the 1991 Moravian Church Youth
Convo National Theme Song. The group has also been featured at youth
rallies such as the Byzantine Catholic National Youth Congress, and
for interdenominational crusades such as "Share the Power".
General admission to the concert is $8. Admission for senior citizens
