Moravian College will host a workshop, Leadership for
the Coming Millenium: The Conflict Element, on November 18, from 7:30
to 9:30 a.m. Dr. Santo Marabella, Assistant Professor of Economics and
Business, and Director of the MBA program at Moravian College will present
the workshop.
The workshop is designed to teach participants how to
transform mutual differences that arise during conflict situations into
creative energy to meet organizational goals. Participants will receive
an introduction to a theoretical framework for managing differences,
assess their conflict management skills, and practice leadership strategies
through the use of case studies in small groups.

is part of the Human Resources Council Education Council Education Committee
Fall Workshop Series. The Allentown-Lehigh County Chamber of Commerce
sponsors the series.
