Moravian College’s Division of Continuing Studies
is sponsoring a public lecture aimed at helping the private investor
make informed decisions about personal investing in mutual funds. "How
to Select a Mutual Fund that Meets Your Needs" will be held on
Wednesday, April 7, at 7:00 p.m., in the UBC room, Haupert Union Building
on the Moravian Main Street campus.
Focusing on the anatomy of a mutual fund, this lecture
will demonstrate how to evaluate mutual fund performance by using statistical
data and information presented by Morningstar, CDA Wiesenberger, and
Lipper Fund indexes to measure and compare growth rates of the various
mutual funds.
