Moravian College is offering seventeen days of academic
challenge and enrichment in some of Europe's most exciting and diversified
cities. Experience the past and present of Germany, the Czech Republic,
and Austria to study the major cultural, historic, religious, transportation,
commercial, and entertainment sites. Dr. Hans Wuerth, of the Moravian
History Department, will be the tour guide.
Highlights of the trip include interviews with experts,
tours to former concentration camps (Sachsenhausen and Dachau) and other
sites of Nazi persecution. A one-day trip to the Alps (Garmisch) is
also planned. Students and non-students will be encouraged to explore
some sites on their own.
Dates of the travel learning are May 17-June 2. Moravian
