Moravian College recently received a $40,000 in-kind
gift from Great Plains Dynamics Software. The gift will provide the
College’s Economics and Business Department with business-related
software, technical support, training workbooks, educational materials,
and faculty training. John D. Rossi, III, MBA, CPA/PFS, CMA, CFM, CFP
(Assistant Professor ofAccounting) spearheaded the effort the secure
the gift.

24-hour support. Moravian College Students will benefit greatly from
joining more than 150 schools worldwide with the advanced Great Plains

Beginning with the fall term of 1999, a computer lab will
be added for the Intermediate Accounting Class, which will reinforce
accounting theory by teaching students with Great Plains Dynamics software.
Several opportunities exist to expand these benefits to other classes
and programs. The Great Plains Educational Alliance Network will provide
Moravian College students with leading edge information technology and
a valuable edge in the job market.
