Employment law subject of evening course

(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) --"Emerging Issues in Employment Law" will be the subject of a 2-credit course in the Human Resource Administration certificate program at Moravian College.

Meeting October 24 through December 5 on Tuesday evenings, 6:30-9:30 p.m., the course will focus on emerging legal issues for employers, employees, and unions. Issues such as the impact of technology on privacy, treatment of temporary and contingent workers under employment and labor laws, and the continued vitality of affirmative action will be treated.

Instructor for the course is Rochelle Kaplan, local attorney who specializes in labor arbitration and mediation.
