Moravian names director of business and financial operations

(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) - Mark F. Reed has been named director of business and financial operations at Moravian College. Reed is responsible for the supervision and oversight of the business office functions and general financial operations, including day-to-day accounting transactions, internal and external reporting, grants administration, and analysis of financial information.

Reed is a 1988 graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he earned his B.S. in Accounting. Reed subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration from Kutztown University. For the past twelve years, he has worked in the area of finance and accounting at The Wood Co., based in Trexlertown, Pennsylvania. His most recent position there was director of finance and accounting.
