(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) – Performance management
as both an evaluative and motivating strategy for human resource professionals
will be the subject of a two-credit course offered at Moravian College
on Saturday mornings, 9 to noon, from June 8 to July 13.
Taught by Carlton Becker, of Organization Resources Counselors,
Inc., of New York, this highly participative course will cover contemporary
techniques and methods of performance assessment. It will include criterion
development, performance interviewing and counseling, appraisal and
compensation, and designing and evaluating a performance appraisal system.
