(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) – Complainers, nit-pickers,
know-it-alls, and other uncooperative, high-maintenance workers will
be the subject of a workshop offered by Moravian College on June 6,
8:30 am – noon. The workshop is co-sponsored by the College and
RCC Associates.
"Dealing with Difficult People" will help participants
understand the causes of people's difficult behavior, what these personality
types are and how to deal with them, and how to manage difficult behaviors
and the stress they produce in others.
Led by Dick Cipoletti, president of RCC Associates, the workshop will
meet on the Moravian College Campus in the UBC room, Haupert Union Building,
corner of Locust and Monocacy Sts., Bethlehem. Cost is $59 with discounts
available to groups.

Participants may find that they can utilize WEDnet funding for training
