(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania)— The Evening College at
Moravian College invites adult learners to an Open House and Informational
Reception on August 7, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., in the Haupert Union Building,
Locust and Monocacy Streets in Bethlehem. Faculty advisors and in-course
students will be on hand to explain the 14 majors and 5 professional
studies certificates available through evening study at Moravian.
Majors include art (studio, graphic design, and art history),
business (accounting, management, and economics), psychology (industrial-organizational
and individually designed), sociology (general and criminal justice),
computer science, English, history, and nursing. Professional studies
certificate programs include arts administration, business communication,
human resource administration, production and inventory management,
and personal financial planning. Graduate programs are the Master’s
in Education and the MBA.
Special small-group presentations on teacher certification,
psychology, human resource administration, the Personal Financial Planning
certificate, and the Moravian MBA will be held at 6:30 pm to permit
extended discussion of these programs.
Evening College student guides will assist with campus
mini-tours and registration. A financial aid representative will provide
general advice, and an advisor will sketch out transfer evaluations
for students bringing transcripts. Light refreshments will be served.
