(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania)— For the second year in a row, Moravian
has won the Harris Internet Services achievement award for best online
newsletter. Harris, the web host for the College’s on-line alumni
community, introduced this award only last year.
Moravian College web manager, Christie Jacobsen ’00, designed
and maintains the site, and Kristen Orgera, assistant director of alumni
relations, coordinates all input from the alumni community. Bertie
Knisely ’69, alumni relations director, also thanks Michael Wilson,
director of public relations and marketing, for guidance and ideas
for developing the newsletter.
The competition, 16 colleges and universities, included Rutgers University,
the University of Southern California, Rochester Institute of Technology,
Ithaca College, the University of Maryland, and the University of Colorado
at Boulder.
