(Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) Moravian College MBA Director, Dr. Santo
D. Marabella, has been appointed to serve as Interim Assistant Dean
for the fall 2003 semester while the College of Graduate Studies (CGS)
conducts two key searches: one for Assistant Dean and the other for
MBA Director.
Marabella said that during this time of critical
transition he is “glad
to serve the College in this way so our students continue to receive
the same level of quality service and programs that have become the
hallmark of Moravian’s CGS”. His duties will include supervision
of the MBA program, evening college student advising, and special projects.
He will also maintain his current teaching responsibilities of two
management courses in the day program.
William G. “Bill” Ender, who served as Recruitment Consultant
for the Moravian MBA program during the ’02 – ’03
academic year has been appointed to serve as Interim Director. Ender
will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the MBA program.
He will recruit and interview prospective students, advise current
students, and coordinate program events and fundraising.
Ender is a retired Bethlehem Steel executive. He worked
in recruiting college graduates as employees during the latter part
of his career
at the Steel.
