What is your role at the University and what is something many may not know about the work you do?

I serve a dual role as the University Account Specialist-Cashier. I have contact with all the students (undergrad, grad, and Seminary) regarding their accounts and also the entire faculty and staff population. I help with departmental deposits and vouchers, student account transactions, trip payments, parking fines, vouchers, cash advances, etc. This position potentially interacts with all, allowing me to meet many interesting people!

My favorite spot on campus is _____ because _____.

My favorite spot would be the HUB because it is a place for people to meet and mingle. There is also food; food always brings people together.

My favorite College tradition is _____ because _____.

My favorite day is graduation because it's a celebration of accomplishments. There is a sense of nervous excitement for the future!

I like the color blue because the sky and ocean are both places you can lose yourself and silence your mind.

When I grow up, I want to be _____ because _____.

When I grow up I want to be feel content. Life is a journey of events and experiences and I hope to have no regrets and be content with my choices.

Who is your hero? Why?

My hero is anyone who can find and appreciate the humor in life. None of us will make it out alive and you have to learn to let things go.

What sound do you love? Why?

I love the sound of rain on an old tin roof. It reminds me of my childhood and a simpler time.

What is your favorite ice cream? Why?

I think my favorite ice cream is coconut because it reminds me of tropical locations.
