Accelerated BSN Program in Nursing Prerequisite Requirements

Applicants to the Accelerated BSN Program in Nursing must have met the following minimum requirements to be considered candidates for admission to the program:

  • Earned a baccalaureate-degree from an accredited college or university with a cumulative quality point average (QPA) of at least a 2.75
  • Completed the Prerequisite Course Requirements. That is, each of the following equivalent courses must have been completed at accredited colleges/universities within five years from the start of the program with grades no less than “C” in each:

*Note: Students may meet this prerequisite requirement by achieving a specified minimum score in the College-Level Entrance Examination Program (CLEP)
