Celia Tonkinson Dollmeyer, PhD writes that five friends from the class of 1981 got together at a home on Marble Lake in Quincy, Michigan for reminiscing and lots of good laughs.  “We celebrated several retirements and a 60th birthday!”

Eric Stern MD, specializing in thoracic imaging, is a professor of radiology, medicine, medical education, and global health, and vice-chairman of academic affairs in the Department of Radiology at the University of Washington, in Seattle. He is the author of over 100 papers as well as seven textbooks on chest radiology.
Dr. Stern, founding president of the AUR Alliance of Clinician-Educators in Radiology, is the former editor-in-chief of the journal Current Problems in Diagnostic Radiology, former deputy editor of the American Journal of Roentgenology (AJR), and the founding and current editor-in-chief of GO RAD, a global outreach journal of the International Society of Radiology.
Among his many other roles, Dr. Stern is the current past-president of the Society of Thoracic Radiology, president of the Washington State Radiology Society, ACR Council Steering Committee member, and chair of the International Commission on Radiology Education.

Dr. Miki Seifert writes: My husband, William Franco, and I are Artistic Directors of With Lime.
With Lime, an international, interdisciplinary arts company based in Wellington creates performances, installations and projections that explore the interface between cultures, and cultures and technology. It is committed to the vision of the arts as positive force for personal and societal transformation.

U.S. artists turned Wellingtonians, William Franco and Miki Seifert are the Artistic Directors of With Lime. Franco and Seifert established With Lime, the only resident Butoh Company in Aotearoa New Zealand, in 2007 to bring this amazing artform to Kiwi audiences and performing arts practitioners, and develop Butoh to reflect the experience, culture and land of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Since coming to Wellington, they have continued to push the boundaries of Butoh and multimedia performance and installation with Nō Naianei/From This Moment, Museum Piece, He rawe tona kakahu/She wore a becoming dress, Public/Private, and 7 Generations.

Seifert, recipient of the New Zealand International Doctoral Research Scholarship, completed her PhD in Māori Studies at Victoria University in 2011. For her doctorate, Seifert developed a performative research methodology which included Butoh.

Franco, 2007 Fulbright Fellow, has a Masters from Massey University, and BA, Film & Video, from the California Institute for the Arts. He is doing his PhD in Māori Studies at Victoria University and applying performative research to interactive experiential installations.

Ed Stetz has joined Skelly and Ly, Inc. as Director of Marketing.  The Harrisburg, PA based firm provides environmental and engineering services to clients east of the Mississippi and abroad from six Mid-Atlantic US offices.  Ed, his wife, Mary Ann Nowak, and their son Greg live in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Marie Mihalski passed away on October 30, 2009 at the age of 82, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.  Marie will be remembered as a generous, loving, positive, and energetic presence. Marie is survived by her two daughters, her son and three granddaughters.

            Gary M. Krall married Pattie Giordani on January 20, 2009 in Bethlehem.

Mike Castle celebrated his 50th birthday with a surprise party. Joe Kubrak, Walt Wehoff, Chris Smith, Tom Kocis, Stephanie Delana Akers, Lisa Calabrese Dogden, and Margan (“it is now”) Mulvaney attended. Lynne Louderback and Gail Beltram met in Philadelphia for lunch a few months ago.
