Dr. Mary Cresseveur-Reed was meritoriously appointed “Patient Preferred Dentist” in the state of Pennsylvania for 2018.  Mary holds professional memberships with the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Lehigh Valley Dental Society.  She is a member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.

Brian Sarisky has been appointed to Senior Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer, Commercial Lines by the Selective Insurance Company of America, a subsidiary of Selective Insurance Group, Inc.    Brian joined Selective in 1991 as a corporate trainee and has held a variety of regional and corporate leadership positions since.

Hearst magazines has named new leaders of Rodale magazines.  David Zinczenko who served as editor-in-chief of Men’s Health will return as interim editorial director of the magazine.  Since leaving the former Rodale magazines David has founded his own company, Galvanized Media, which has partnered with Hearst, American Media, Meredith Corp., and other media giants to create health and wellness content.

Michael Glore currently serves as a Career Fire Lieutenant assigned to Rescue Company 1 in the City of Reading, Pa.  He lives in Pottsville, Pa. with his wife of 23 years, Maria Spotts Glore, and two children, Kenny, age 14, and Katie age 18, who will begin her college career at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York this year.

David Zinczenko has signed on with Random House to provide some juice to its health and fitness offerings.  Prior to signing on with this group he was an executive at Rodale Inc but left to form his own company.  He will have his own imprint, distribution and multimillion-dollar book publishing deal.  His first book on diet, nutrition and exercise will appear in 2014.

David Zinczenko will be inducted next month into the county’s inaugural Hall of Fame class as part of a bicentennial celebration. He joins two dozen people with ties to Lehigh County, including recognizable names in entertainment, sports, and business. David is the editor-in-chief of Men’s Health magazine, editorial director of Women’s Health magazine, and bestselling author of “Eat This, Not That!” and “Abs Diet” series.  He is also co-owner of the New York City restaurant, The Lion.  He contributes regularly to “The Today Show.”  He has also appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” “20/20,” “The Biggest Loser,” “Rachel Ray,” and “Good Morning America.”

Kate Bochnak Burke and her husband Sean reside in the Lehigh Valley with their three children, Elizabeth 9, Andrew 6 and Christopher 4. After being an at-home mom for a number of years, Kate is a instructional assistant in the Southern Lehigh School District. She also is an active parent volunteer for Church of the Assumption BVM, Colesville, Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and Moravian Academy.
