Residence Hall Closing Information Spring 2012

Please refer to the following links regarding residence hall closing instructions for this spring semester. Students must checkout of their housing assignment within 24-hours of their last final exam/academic requirement. College housing will close for all students on Saturday, May 5th at 12:00 Noon.

Only students approved for an “Extended Stay” may remain in College housing beyond May 5th (see the “Extended Stay Request” link below – due on April 27th at 4:30pm). Graduating seniors who have registered and paid for Senior Send-Off must also leave on May 5th, but may return to their housing assignment on Wednesday, May 9th through Sunday, May 13th at 12:00 Noon.

Unapproved students will be required to leave as aforementioned.
