SCHEDULE

Friday, May 15

9:00 AM — GRADUATES CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, Johnston Hall. Sponsored by the Alumni Association. Board members will be on hand to welcome graduates into the Alumni Association.

10:00 AM — REHEARSAL for the Commencement procession, Johnston Hall. (Rehearsal will last approximately 1½ hours.)

5:00 PM — BACCALAUREATE, Central Moravian Church.

4:00 PM — Doors will open to the public. (Baccalaureate will last approximately 1 hour).

4:15 PM — Graduates are to assemble on the Foy Concert Hall stage, Priscilla Payne Hurd campus. (In case of rain, assemble inside Central Moravian Church, using northeast door.)

4:45 PM — Baccalaureate procession will begin promptly.

6:00 PM — SENIOR SOIREE AND DANCE, Johnston Hall. Reservations required. Details in Senior Week brochure.

Saturday, May 16

7:00 AM — CAP AND GOWN BUFFET BREAKFAST. Reservations required.

10:00 AM — COMMENCEMENT,
HUB Quadrangle (rain location: Johnston Hall).

8:30 AM — Ushers will begin seating guests.

9:00 AM — Graduates assemble in ARC.

9:40 AM — The Commencement procession will begin promptly. (Commencement lasts approximately 2½ hrs. A bottle of water will be placed beneath the chair of each graduate. )
