Congratulations! We invite you to join us in celebrating a great (short) week of activities as you spend your final days on campus. Attendance at all events is limited to those students who have paid the Senior Send Off participation fee.

Wednesday, May 13

Picnic Barbeque 4:00pm –6:00pm
Join your classmates for a picnic outside. While enjoying the barbeque and catching a few rays of sun, spend some time reminiscing with your friends.

Senior Athletic Banquet 6:00pm
Information about this event is sent separately by the Athletic Department.

Thursday, May 14

Brunch 11:00am-1:00pm

Dinner 4:00pm-6:00pm
Stop by the dining room for one last time. Enjoy your favorite Moravian dishes before getting ready for the Gala.

Senior Gala 9:00pm-12:00am
Enjoy this Moravian tradition. Dance the night away at the Hotel Bethlehem with members of your class. Bus transportation to and from the hotel will be provided. The Gala is only open to members of the senior class.

Friday, May 15

Senior Breakfast 9:00am-10:00am
Sponsored by the Alumni Association, this continental breakfast will be available any time between 9:00am and the beginning of commencement rehearsal. Board members will be on hand to welcome you to the Alumni Association. A separate invitation will be sent.

Commencement Rehearsal 10:00am
The rehearsal will take place immediately following breakfast in Johnston Hall.

Lunch 12 noon-1:30pm
A light lunch in the dining room will be provided.

Baccalaureate 5:00pm

Senior Soiree & Dance 6:00pm-10:00pm
The Senior Soiree is the highlight of the week’s celebration. It begins in Johnston Hall immediately after the Baccalaureate service, followed by a buffet dinner and dance. It is a lovely evening for seniors, their families, and guests. Reservations necessary. Due to the limited space seniors may reserve space for up to 4 guests. If space is available after May 4th, seniors may reserve space for more guests.

Saturday, May 16

Cap and Gown Buffet 7:00am-9:30am
This delicious breakfast conveniently served at the Haupert Union is sponsored by the Sodexho Dining Company. Information is enclosed and reservations are required. Please return separate reservation form for this event.
