Beverly Kochard Beverly Kochard, vice president for student affairs, provides overall supervision for undergraduate student affairs, coordinating services and activities in residence life, Greek life, leadership, counseling, academic assistance, career development, religious life, health services, developmental programming, student conduct, campus safety, and campus governance.
Nicole Loyd Nicole Loyd, dean of students, oversees all aspects of housing and residence life, Greek life, summer camps and conferences, judicial affairs, food-service as it relates to students, student activities, career development, and living-learning communities.

Elizabeth Yates, director of residence life and Greek life, is responsible for all aspects of residence life programs including the selection, training, and supervision of residence-hall staff; advises the Greek system; handles Greek life conduct matters; and assists with College judicial processes.

Jennifer Dize Jennifer Dize, assistant director of residence life, supervises residence hall staff; assists with selection and training of residence hall staff; oversees programming in the residence halls; advises the substanc- free residence floors; and assists with College judicial processes.
Nicole Loyd G. Christopher Hunt, director of housing and summer conferences, oversees all aspects of student housing including room assignment and selection; oversees Special Interest Housing; coordinates summer use of college facilities, and oversees summer camps.
Holly Nonnemacher

Holly Nonnemacher, director of student activities, advises IMPACT (the activities program board), and the USG events council; coordinates Homecoming Spirit Week and Senior Week; assists in planning the new-student orientation events; assists in the daily operation of the College union; and provides support for campus events.

Amy Saul Amy Saul, director of career development, supervises the Career Center; coordinates career planning, advising and placement activities; maintains career-information resources and internship and employment postings; provides for individual career counseling, advising, and assessment; coordinates special programs; manages the alumni career-networking database and Career Center website; and directs on-campus recruitment efforts.
Christine Rander Christine Rander, assistant director of career development, assists in the coordination and implementation of special programs, workshops, and classroom presentations; provides career advising on an individual appointment basis; assists with resume critiques, job-search skills development, and graduate school admission; coordinates the gathering of placement data; and assists in operation of the Career Center.
Christine Rander Catherine Dantsin, director of leadership development, facilitates the development of students and organizations through administrative, programmatic, advising, and consulting activities.  She advises the student government and leadership honor society; has overall responsibility for the leadership program; and works collaboratively with Academic Affairs to develop service learning opportunities connected to courses. 
  Leni Johnson, coordinator of community service, recruits, trains, and places students in community service programs; serves as primary contact for community agencies seeking volunteers; provides service-learning support; collaborates with the Leadership Center; and advises the campus chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
Terri Seifert Theresa Seifert, coordinator of the Learning Connection (TLC) mentoring program, recruits, trains, and places students in several elementary schools to mentor fourth and fifth grade students; monitors the progress of mentors and mentees; organizes monthly activities for mentors, mentees and their families; and promotes awareness of the TLC program throughout the campus and the community.
Laurie Roth Laurie Roth, director of learning services, provides direction for services and activities related to enhancing and supporting student learning and academic performance; coordinates faculty referrals and midterm intervention programs; supervises selection and training of peer tutors and student advisors; counsels students in their educational planning and decision making; and provides supervision for disability support services.
Laurie Roth Nichelle Hunt, assistant director of learning services, coordinates the student advisor program for Introduction to College Life; provides individual and group instruction in study skills and time management; and provides educational outreach programs on a variety of academic and student development topics.
Joseph Kempfer Joseph Kempfer, assistant director of learning services for disability support, determines eligibility for disability support services under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; receives and evaluates disability documentation; determines appropriate accommodation for students with disabilities; provides support services to students with disabilities; provides academic support services and activities for all students.
Ron Kline Ron Kline, director of counseling, provides individual, couple, and group-counseling services; provides crisis intervention and emergency coverage; designs and implements outreach programs on developmental and social issues; supervises practicum students/trainees; and provides information and consultation to the College community on mental-health issues.
  Michelle Santiago, assistant director of counseling, provides individual and group counseling; offers a variety of outreach and educational programs on personal growth and educational success; and provides crisis intervention and emergency coverage
Ron Kline Nancy Miller, staff counselor, provides individual and group-counseling services and crisis interventions; designs and implements outreach and psycho-educational programs; supervises doctoral level interns; and provides information and consultation to the College community on mental-health issues.
Katherine Restuccia, staff psychologist, provides individual and group-counseling services and crisis intervention; designs and implements outreach and psycho-educational programs, particularly on women's issues; supervises doctoral-student interns; and provides information and consultation to the College community on mental-health issues.
Mary Sek, coordinator of health services, manages the College Health Center, which is affiliated with St. Luke's Hospital; provides primary care as a certified registered nurse practitioner and makes referrals as needed; works with medical specialists to provide optimal care; maintains health records; develops and implements Health Center policies and practices; and assists with wellness programming.
Ann Claussen, director of the Haupert Union Building and event management, coordinates the campus event-management system; maintains the online events calendar; oversees operations and usage of the College union, supervises a staff of student building managers; coordinates major events including Transfer Orientation and Family Day; and provides support for Homecoming Spirit Week, Senior Week, popular concerts, and a variety of diversity programs.
Sean Tallarico, director of campus safety, supervises campus police and security personnel; directs, monitors, and enforces campus regulations, as well as state and federal laws; develops crime-prevention activities; supervises campus parking, building accessibility, key distribution, and ID cards; directs incident investigations; and conducts periodic safety inspections.
Hopeton Clennon C. Hopeton Clennon, College chaplain, coordinates campus religious-life activities; plans chapel services and special programs; works with the Catholic and Jewish chaplains and with the campus Multifaith Council; provides counseling; and participates in ceremonies such as Vespers, Baccalaureate, and Commencement.
Wayne Killian, Catholic chaplain, coordinates religious-life activities; celebrates Masses and plans special programs and retreats; works with the College chaplain and the Newman Association; provides pastoral care and counseling; and participates in ceremonies such as Vespers and Commencement.
Seth H. Frisch, Jewish chaplain, coordinates religious-life activities for Jewish students; shares in campus ecumenical services and endeavors; provides pastoral care and counseling; and participates in various annual ceremonies and activities.
