Nicole Loyd Nicole Loyd, vice president for student affairs and dean of students, provides overall supervision for undergraduate student affairs.
Christopher Hunt G. Christopher Hunt, associate dean of students and director of intercultural advancement and global inclusion, oversees student emergency support, the counseling center, religious life, student conduct, and the center for intercultural advancement and global inclusion.
Amy Saul Amy Saul, associate dean of career and civic engagement, oversees the Center for Career and Civic Engagement; develops new programs and events for both areas in cooperation with campus and community partners to prepare students for hands-on learning, continuing education, global citizenship and the world of work.
Liz Yates Elizabeth Yates, assistant dean for residence life, Greek life and first-year programs, oversees residence life and housing, including the selection and supervision of residence life staff, as well as the student housing processes; oversees the Greek system; handles Greek life conduct matters; and coordinates the new student orientation program.
George Boksan George J. Boksan, director of campus safety and police, supervises campus police and security personnel; directs, monitors, and enforces campus regulations, as well as state and federal laws; develops crime-prevention activities; supervises campus parking, building accessibility, key distribution, and ID cards; directs incident investigations; and conducts periodic safety inspections.
Michelle Santiago TBA, director of career development, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of career development initiatives; coordinates and collaborates with the campus community on career-related programs, fosters new hands-on learning and employer relationships, and organizes other community partners to ensure a cohesive and integrated delivery of services that connect the undergraduate experience with post-graduation outcomes.
Michelle Santiago Kathleen Nemchick, assistant director of experiential learning, coordinates, promotes and tracks experiential learning opportunities for Moravian College students including cooperative education, internships, externships, job shadowing and informational interviews; maintains and develops professional relationships with business, industry, faculty, students, alumni and community organizations.
Michelle Santiago Ashley Forsythe, associate director of career development, assists in the coordination and implementation of special programs, workshops, and classroom presentations; provides career advising on an individual appointment basis; assists with resume critiques, job-search skills development, and graduate school admission; coordinates the gathering of placement data; and assists in operation of the Career Center.
Michelle Santiago Pat Hanna, assistant director of career development and alumni engagement, coordinates alumni participation in career and civic engagement initiatives, helping students connect with alumni for internships, externships and mentoring. She assists in planning of events such as student/alumni networking events, career/internship/volunteer fairs and Backpack to Briefcase.
Michelle Santiago Gillian Sharkey, director of civic engagement, facilitates the development of students through administrative, programmatic, advising, and consulting activities; oversees the civic engagement initiatives of the College; advises community service related student organizations; has overall responsibility a comprehensive leadership program; and works collaboratively to develop service learning opportunities.
Michelle Santiago Greg Meyer, the director of student development is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Moravian College student conduct system, which adjudicates all non-academic violations of the community standards, and for developing and implementing educational programs to promote good citizenship and student engagement.
Michelle Santiago Rubie Ghazal, coordinator of global inclusion provides overall leadership and coordination of international undergraduate student support at Moravian College. In frequent collaboration with academic departments and administrative offices, the Coordinator is responsible for promoting inclusion and a global perspective throughout the institution.
Michelle Santiago Boris Kirov, the international student support specialist provides daily support for the College’s undergraduate international students. The Specialist will collaborate frequently with academic departments and administrative offices to support the holistic collegiate experiences of international students.
Michelle Santiago Liliana Madrid, the assistant director of intercultural advancement assists in the overall direction and coordination of diversity and inclusion initiatives sponsored by the Center for Intercultural Advancement.
Ann Claussen Ann Claussen, director of the Haupert Union Building and event management, coordinates the campus event-management system; maintains the online events calendar; oversees operations and usage of the College union, supervises a staff of student building managers; coordinates major events including Transfer Orientation and Family Day; plans and promotes summer conferences; and provides support for a variety of activities and campus events.
Ann Claussen Janice Pigga, associate director for student involvement advises IMPACT, USG, the College yearbook and oversees all student clubs and organizations.
Michelle Santiago Amanda Merson, associate director of residence life for housing, coordinates all aspects of student housing including room assignments and selection; oversees Special Interest Housing and living-learning communities; and assists with College conduct processes.
Michelle Santiago Caitlin Lenker, assistant director of residence life, supervises residence hall staff; assists with selection of residence hall staff; oversees the training of residence hall staff and programming in the residence halls; and assists with College conduct processes.

Jennika Borger Jennika Borger, chaplain, coordinates campus religious-life activities; plans interdenominational chapel services and special programs; works with the associate chaplains and with the campus Multifaith Council; provides counseling; and participates in ceremonies such as Convocations, Vespers, Baccalaureate, and Commencement.
Ian Buterbaugh Ian Buterbaugh, associate chaplain, coordinates religious-life activities for Catholic students; celebrates Masses and plans special programs and retreats; works with the College chaplain and the Newman Association; provides pastoral care and counseling; and participates in ceremonies such as Vespers and Baccalaureate.
Michelle Santiago Michael Singer, associate chaplain, provides religious-life activities for Jewish students; leads religious services and events for the Moravian College Hillel Society; shares in campus interfaith services and endeavors; provides pastoral care and counseling; and participates in various annual ceremonies and activities.
Ron Kline Ron Kline, director of the counseling center, provides individual, couple, and group-counseling services; provides crisis intervention and emergency coverage; designs and implements outreach programs on developmental and social issues; supervises practicum students/trainees; and provides information and consultation to the College community on mental-health issues.

Michelle Santiago Kelly Waechter, staff counselor provides a full range of counseling activities that support a diverse student population in their personal and educational growth while attending college. The staff counselor provides outreach programs and training for students and student peer helpers on a variety of personal growth issues.
