Student Affairs Staff

Nicole Loyd Nicole Loyd, vice president for student affairs and dean of students, provides overall supervision for undergraduate student affairs, coordinating services and activities in residence life, Greek life, leadership, counseling, career development, religious life, health services, developmental programming, student conduct, campus safety, and campus governance.
Christopher Hunt G. Christopher Hunt, associate dean of students and director of intercultural advancement and inclusion, oversees judicial affairs, the counseling center, religious life, student activities, and the center for intercultural advancement and inclusion.
Amy Saul Amy Saul, associate dean of students and director of career development, oversees the Career Center, Center for Leadership and Service and the HUB/Event Management office; directs all career planning efforts that prepare students for graduate and professional school as well as the world of work including programming designed to connect students and professionals such as career fairs, networking events, externships, internship stipend programs and a variety of other initiatives; provides for individual career counseling, advising and assessment, manages the Career Center’s relationship with all community partners.
Liz Yates Elizabeth Yates, assistant dean for residence life, Greek life and first-year programs, oversees all aspects of residence life and housing, including the selection and supervision of residence life staff, as well as the student housing process; advises the Greek system; handles Greek life judicial matters; and coordinates the new student orientation program.

George Boksan George J. Boksan, director of campus safety and police, supervises campus police and security personnel; directs, monitors, and enforces campus regulations, as well as state and federal laws; develops crime-prevention activities; supervises campus parking, building accessibility, key distribution, and ID cards; directs incident investigations; and conducts periodic safety inspections.
Ron Kline Ron Kline, director of the counseling center, provides individual, couple, and group-counseling services; provides crisis intervention and emergency coverage; designs and implements outreach programs on developmental and social issues; supervises practicum students/trainees; and provides information and consultation to the College community on mental-health issues.
Michelle Santiago Michelle Santiago, assistant director of the counseling center, provides individual, couples, and group counseling; offers a variety of outreach and educational programs on personal growth and educational success; and provides crisis intervention and emergency coverage; supervises practicum students/trainees; and assists the director in all administrative and clinical functions.
Michelle Santiago Michael Unger, staff counselor, provides individual, couples, and group-counseling services and crisis interventions; designs and implements outreach and psycho-educational programs; supervises practicum students/interns; and provides information and consultation to the College community on mental-health issues.
  Katelyn Cohen, interim coordinator of leadership development & community service, facilitates the development of students and organizations through administrative, programmatic, advising, and consulting activities focused on leadership development and civic engagement. She advises student government; provides support for students interested in community service; has overall responsibility for leadership programming; directs the activities of the Center for Leadership and Service; and works collaboratively with Academic Affairs in related areas. 
Ann Claussen Ann Claussen, director of the Haupert Union Building and event management, coordinates the campus event-management system; maintains the online events calendar; oversees operations and usage of the College union, supervises a staff of student building managers; coordinates major events including Transfer Orientation and Family Day; plans and promotes summer conferences; and provides support for a variety of activities and campus events.

Michelle Santiago Ashley Forsythe, assistant director of career development, assists in the coordination and implementation of special programs, workshops, and classroom presentations; provides career advising on an individual appointment basis; assists with resume critiques, job-search skills development, and graduate school admission; coordinates the gathering of placement data; and assists in operation of the Career Center.
Michelle Santiago Pat Hanna, assistant director of career development and alumni relations, coordinates alumni participation in career development, helping students connect with alumni for internships, externships and mentoring. She assists in planning of events such as student/alumni networking events, career/internship fair and Backpack to Briefcase and is the advisor to the Student Alumni Association (SAA).

Ashley Testa Sridevi Rao, the assistant director for intercultural advancement and student programs coordinates initiatives for the center for intercultural advancement and inclusion and advises IMPACT, the student programming board.

Ashley Testa Ashley Testa, assistant director of residence life for community development and programming, supervises residence hall staff; assists with selection of residence hall staff; oversees the training of residence hall staff and programming in the residence halls; and assists with College judicial processes.
  Melissa Andreas, interim assistant director of housing, coordinates all aspects of student housing including room assignment and selection; oversees Special Interest Housing and living-learning communities; supervises residence hall staff; and assists with College judicial processes.

Jennika Borger Jennika Borger, chaplain, coordinates campus religious-life activities; plans interdenominational chapel services and special programs; works with the associate chaplains and with the campus Multifaith Council; provides counseling; and participates in ceremonies such as Convocations, Vespers, Baccalaureate, and Commencement.
Ian Buterbaugh Ian Buterbaugh, associate chaplain, coordinates religious-life activities for Catholic students; celebrates Masses and plans special programs and retreats; works with the College chaplain and the Newman Association; provides pastoral care and counseling; and participates in ceremonies such as Vespers and Baccalaureate.
  Michael Singer, associate chaplain, provides religious-life activities for Jewish students; leads religious services and events for the Moravian College Hillel Society; shares in campus interfaith services and endeavors; provides pastoral care and counseling; and participates in various annual ceremonies and activities.
