Class of 2013: Your Health Insurance May End Sooner Than You Think!
The job market is looking up! According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the unemployment rate for those ages 20-24 was down to 13.8% after being even higher in 2010. But compared with 8.3% unemployment for the overall workforce, these are still challenging times.
The Alumni Association offers health insurance to fill the needs of many new alums who will be without coverage after graduation, whether it’s due to a lack of employment or even under-employment. Parental policies may not be suitable after graduation due to cost or location outside the parent’s network coverage area. And for those on the school’s plan, our student health insurance ends on August 14, 2012. Most products are available to family members as well —even if they didn’t attend Moravian.

The Moravian College Fitness Center
Memberships to the Moravian Fitness Center are available to alumni. This brand-new facility is 10,000 square feet with state- of-the-art equipment. To join, print out the membership packet and bring it to the fitness center or pick up the packet at the fitness center desk. Please note that payment must be by check only.
