Congratulations! We invite you to join us in celebrating a great week of activities as you spend your final days on campus. Attendance at all events is limited to those students who have paid the Senior Sendoff participation fee.
Participation Fee
Parents may pay this fee for their son or daughter. Seniors may also pay this fee for themselves.
This fee includes one ticket for the Senior Gala, one student ticket for the Senior Soiree, Senior Picnic, Senior Breakfast, meals in the dining room as noted in the schedule of events and accommodations on campus from Wednesday - Saturday.
Wednesday, May 8
Senior Picnic 3:00pm –6:00pm
Join your classmates, DJ Tony D and a caricature artist for a picnic outside on the PPHAC patio while enjoying the picnic and catching a few rays of sun. Spend time reminiscing with your friends. Food and drinks will be provided.
Thursday, May 9
Brunch 11:00am-1:00pm
Brunch will be served in the dining room.
Dinner 4:00pm-6:00pm
Stop by the dining room for one last time. Enjoy your favorite Moravian dishes before getting ready for the Gala.
Senior Gala 9:00pm-12:00am
Enjoy this Moravian tradition. Dance the night away at the Hotel Bethlehem with members of your class. Bus transportation to and from the hotel will be provided. The Gala is only open to members of the senior class.
Friday, May 10
Senior Breakfast 9:00am-10:00am
This continental breakfast will be available any time between 9:00am and the beginning of commencement rehearsal in Johnston Hall.
Commencement Rehearsal 10:00am
Lunch 12:00pm-1:30pm
A light lunch in the dining room will be provided.
Baccalaureate 5:00pm
Senior Soiree & Dance 6:00pm-10:00pm
The Senior Soiree is the highlight of the week's celebration sponsored by the Alumni Association. It begins in Johnston Hall immediately after the Baccalaureate service, followed by a buffet dinner and dance. The bar will be open until 7:30pm. It is a lovely evening for seniors, their families, and guests. Reservations necessary. Due to the facility limits, seniors may reserve space for up to 4 guests.
Saturday, May 11

Please plan to join us for the morning of Graduation for our Breakfast Buffet in the HUB Marketplace Dining Room. Seating is limited and the breakfast is by reservation only!
