Whenever possible, the logo should be executed in print
using blue and gray: blue (equivalent to PMS 280 uncoated, PMS 2758
coated), and gray (equivalent to PMS Warm Gray 3 uncoated, PMS 406 coated).
When four-color process inks are used, the correct blue
can be produced by printing PMS DS 197-1C, and the gray can be produced
by printing PMS DS 330-3C.
For reproduction on the Web, the correct blue is Hexadecimal
1E4279 and RGB 30/66/121 and the gray is Hexadecimal BAB2B0 and RGB
186/178/176.
The “standard” version is the two-color version.
The blue is PMS 280; the gray is PMS Warm Gray 3, or their CMYK equivalents.
Areas shown in white (e.g., in the delineation of the cupola) should
be reversed out of any printed background color so that it shows as
the paper color (preferably white or off-white). For special occasions,
metallic silver may be substituted for Warm Gray 3.

There will be times when it is not practical to print
the logo in the standard colors. In one- and two-color printing, the
logo may be used as a single-color element, always with a screened background
within the circle outlining the cupola. This does not constitute a license
to assign different colors to the logo for individual or departmental
use. In other words, a department may not decide that its “own”
version of the logo will be green and yellow, for instance, or all green.
No other colors should be introduced to create two-color combinations.
It may be used in the following ways: one-color applications & two-color
applications.
