GREYHOUNDS RECEIVE VOTES IN NFCA POLL

WACO, TX --- For the second straight week, the Moravian College football team, which has opened the 2000 season with a 3-0 record, has received votes in the American Football Coaches Association Division III Coaches’ Poll.

The Greyhounds are 37th of 60 teams receiving votes with three Middle Atlantic Conference schools Widener University (21st), Lycoming College (23rd) and Susquehanna University (receiving votes) ahead of them. Rival Muhlenberg College is also ahead of Moravian in the receiving votes category.

Moravian hosts #21 Widener, also 3-0 this season, on Saturday, September 30th at 1:00 p.m. at Steel Field in Bethlehem.
