Thursday, November 16, 2000 GERSTEL & WARGO NAMED COMMONWEALTH FIELD HOCKEY ALL-STARS ANNVILLE, PA --- Junior forwards Eliza Gerstel (Warminster/William Tennent HS) and Suzy Wargo (Somerville, NJ/Hillsborough HS) of the Moravian College field hockey team have been named to the Commonwealth Conference All-Star Second Team.The Greyhounds posted a 5-14 record during the 2000 season, a two-match improvement over last year. Gerstel led the Greyhounds this season with 23 points on 11 goals and one assist. Gerstel has scored 22 goals and four assists in her three-year career for 48 points. Wargo tallied four goals for eight points this season and she has ten goals and four assists for 24 points. |
